You have the right to return hardware products within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Services such as system integration or electrical installation are non-refundable once the work has been completed. If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
