All engineering, electrical, and installation works are performed in accordance with UK Building Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days.

3. Sale of Goods

All hardware and smart home kits sold through our online shop remain the property of James Foster & Co until paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
